Today, The Sandbox Metaverse launches its exclusive whitelist mint for Magnificent Century avatars, with a public mint following tomorrow, March 13.
Drawing inspiration from the Ottoman Empire’s heritage, this collection features 1,500 avatars, including Sultan Suleiman. Their animations, styles, and royal accessories reflect the era’s grandeur, with each NFT donning random traits for extra exclusivity.
Pricing and additional perks
Available via www.sandbox.game, each avatar is priced at approximately $70 (90 SAND) for whitelisted participants and $90 (120 SAND) for public sale buyers.
To benefit from reduced transaction fees in the digital realm, The Sandbox NFTs are now available on the Polygon blockchain following the Metaverse’s recent shift from Ethereum.
Beyond the large prize pool, top avatar owners may benefit from other exclusive rewards: a trip to Istanbul, a meeting with producer Timur Savcı, and a particular poster raffle.
